By downloading, installing, or using MYSTICA ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
MYSTICA is an AI-powered tarot reading and numerology application that provides personalized card readings, daily guidance, and numerological insights.
3. Entertainment Purposes Only
IMPORTANT: All tarot readings, numerological insights, and guidance provided by MYSTICA are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They should not be considered as:
- Professional psychological, medical, or financial advice
- Predictions of future events
- Substitutes for professional counseling or therapy
- Factual statements about your life circumstances
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- MYSTICA offers a free tier with limited readings and a premium subscription for unlimited access.
- Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage and cancel subscriptions through your device settings.
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's / Google's refund policies.
5. Free Trial
MYSTICA may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code from the app
- Share or redistribute premium content
- Use automated systems to access the app
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, and AI-generated text within MYSTICA are the property of the app developers. You may share individual readings for personal use but may not commercialize app content.
8. Limitation of Liability
MYSTICA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including decisions made based on readings or interpretations.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
