MYSTICA ("we", "our", "the app") is an AI-powered tarot and numerology application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

2. Data We Collect

MYSTICA is designed with privacy-first principles. We collect minimal data:

• Profile data you provide: Name, birth date, intent, emotional state, and life challenge — all stored exclusively on your device.
• Readings and journal: All tarot readings, chat history, and journal entries are stored locally on your device using encrypted storage.
• Subscription status: Managed by Apple App Store / Google Play. We do not process or store payment information.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect personal identification information beyond what you voluntarily provide in the app.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not sell, rent, or share any personal data with third parties.
• We do not use cookies or tracking pixels.

4. AI Processing

Card readings are generated using an AI service (OpenAI). When you request a reading, the following data is sent to the AI provider:

• Your first name (to personalize the reading)
• Numerological profile derived from your birth date
• Your selected intent, emotional state, and life challenge
• The cards drawn and your question

This data is processed in real-time and is not stored on AI provider servers beyond the request.

5. Notifications

If you enable notifications, they are scheduled locally on your device. We do not use push notification servers to track or profile users.

6. Analytics & Crash Reporting

We may use Sentry for crash reporting to improve app stability. Crash reports contain technical information (device type, OS version, stack trace) and do not include personal data, readings, or questions.

7. Data Storage & Security

All personal data is stored on your device using:

• Flutter Secure Storage (encrypted) for sensitive data
• Local SQLite database for reading history
• SharedPreferences for app settings

Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.

8. Children's Privacy

MYSTICA is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the app and on this page with an updated effective date.
